2) Personal and Finical Management :
Manpower planning, Recruitment and Selection, Performance appraisal, Conduct rules & disciplinary proceedings, Training & development, Motivation, Leadership & Team Building. Budget, Budgetary process with special reference to Municipal Corporations, Performance budgeting, Zero-base budgeting, Audit, SAP system and its uses
